Refund policy

Refund Policy:
Due to the nature of our products, when purchasing from FlyHighLDN all sales are final. Meaning we do not accept any returns or process refunds.

Exchanges may be granted in a period of 7 days after purchase if the product is faulty or damaged or on the off chance it is the wrong size. However in order to be granted an exchange, supporting evidence must be provided within 24 hours of delivery. This will then be reviewed by our team to see what solution we deem fit.

If you are granted an exchange, an exchange will only be provided once we have received the time. You will have to cover your own cost of return to the address provided by the team member on your case.

Returned items must be as follows;

  • In full original packaging (including dust bags, boxes, extra laces, etc)
  • All tags must remain intact and must not have been removed.
  • The item must be in the same unworn new condition from time of purchase.

If the return item is sent to us not meeting the criteria above, then your exchange will be void and you will have to cover the cost of shipping yourself.
